Hi, I’m Jamie – a motorsport photographer driven by storytelling and art.
My passion for photography began in 2019, when I started documenting every place I visited using my smartphone. The more I photographed, the more I realised that photography could become more than just a hobby. A few months later, I bought my first camera, an old Sony digital model, and with the added control and image quality, my curiosity quickly grew. I began taking it everywhere, capturing landscapes and moments that caught my eye.
A few years later, I discovered the world of motorsport. What started as casually watching Formula 1 while waiting for a football match soon turned into following every race, then branching into rally, endurance racing, and beyond. My interest in cars quickly became a passion, one that naturally combined with photography.
This was the turning point where I truly began to take photography seriously.
My goal is to tell the story of motorsport in a beautiful and honest way. I’m drawn to the idea of using photography as art while staying true to the reality of the sport. Motorsport offers endless creative opportunities ranging from high-speed action and technical detail to portraits, atmosphere, and emotion.
What inspires me most are the smaller stories within the sport: the grassroots teams, their dedication, and the people who keep motorsport alive. At the same time, the scale and intensity of top-level championships create unforgettable moments with undeniable impact.
I love all forms of motorsport and the images that come with them. My aim is to dedicate my career to capturing this incredible sport and creating imagery that preserves its stories for years to come.
